One of Golfweek magazine’s 100 Best Modern Courses, Hapuna Golf Course on the Big Island of Hawaii was named “The Course Of The Future” by the U.S. Golf Association in 1997.

Recognized as one of the most environmentally friendly courses in the nation, this beautiful 18-hole championship course was designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay and is located on the sunny Kohala Coast with Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and the Kohala mountain range rising off in the distance. Built on the side of a hill some 700 feet above sea level and overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, this visually stunning and challenging course utilizes native grass and natural vegetation as well as thousand-year-old lava dunes for a truly memorable golf experience. Signature holes on this par-72 course include the 3rd, 9th and 18th holes, each with its own set of risk-reward opportunities (as one might expect on a course designed by Arnold Palmer).

Facilities include a driving range, putting and chipping greens, a full-service Pro Shop, and a clubhouse with fitness center and spa. You can sign up for private or group lessons with PGA professionals or attend a half-day school to sharpen up your game.
