Just a short 15-minute drive from Waikiki, the Hawaii Kai Golf Course is a beautifully maintained 18-hole course located in East Oahu, not far from Hanauma Bay and close to Sandy Beach and the cliffs off Makapuu. Popular with locals and visitors alike, this East Oahu golf course features lush, spacious greens, wide fairways, and incredible scenery – every hole offers views of the Pacific Ocean and, on clear days, the neighbor islands of Maui and Molokai! In the winter months, you might even catch sight of migrating humpback whales!

Hawaii Kai Golf Course offers a Championship course and an Executive Course. The Championship Course was designed by William Bell to challenge golfers of all skill levels with its strategically placed bunkers and those ever-present tradewinds adding to the fun and challenge. Signature holes include two Par-5s - the 3rd (pictured above), with Koko Head Crater in the distance, and the 541-yard 14th. The Executive Course at Hawaii Kai Golf Course, originally designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is the perfect thing for busy individuals looking to sneak in a quick round of golf. All but one of the 18 Executive holes are Par-3s; the 16th is a short Par-4. The Executive Course requires a certain degree of skill and finesse when it comes to putting and chipping, upping the challenge for even the most advanced golfers.
