Kapolei Golf Course first opened in 1994 and occupies 191 acres of what was once sugar cane land. Designed by Ted Robinson, this popular 18-hole championship course is a real beauty with five dazzling lakes, colorful floral gardens, and swaying palm trees dotting the beautifully maintained landscape. Looks can be deceiving, however, as Kapolei Golf Course is every bit as challenging as it is visually appealing! Those five lakes we mentioned come into play on 12 of the 18 holes, and with some 80 sand bunkers placed strategically around the course’s elevated greens and gently undulating fairways, this West Oahu golf course provides just the right amount of challenge for players of varying skill levels.

Kapolei Golf Course has been recognized by Golf Digest magazine and the Zagat Survey as one of the best courses on Oahu and has played host to the LPGA’s Hawaiian Ladies Open on numerous occasions.
