Expect the best from the Feast at Lele Luau with a five course, sit down dinner that features delicious delicacies from four Polynesian Islands. Each mouth-watering dish is represented from the islands of New Zealand, Samoa, Hawaii, and Tahiti.
The menu starts with a Polynesian staple that includes Ogo seaweed and tropical ginger salsa served with sweet potato chips and taro, and banana.
Hawaii – 1st course: Imu roasted kalua pig, fresh island fish with mango sauce, poi, heart of palm salad and pohole ferns.
New Zealand – 2nd course: Maori fishcake with mussels, kuku patties, harore Kumara-roasted mushrooms, sea bean duck salad with poha berry dressing, sweet potato and garlic, salmon and scallops.
