The Molokini Extreme is a demanding adventure for experienced and physically fit sea kayakers. The trip includes paddling 8.5 miles round trip across the Akakukeiki Channel. Once there, you'll go snorkeling within the crater and at “the end of the world” on the back side of Molokini. The thing that makes this trip so unique and is that the water is extremely clear which allows 150’ visibility!

Once an active volcano, Molokini, is now a partially sunken volcanic crater. Today it is known as Hawaii's only combined bird and marine sanctuary, not to mention one of Maui's top snorkeling and diving attractions. It is located about 2 and half miles out from Makena Landing between the islands of Kahoolawe and Maui.
