The Hawaiian Islands are well-represented, of course, with “‘ono grinds” like lau lau, poke, poi, and all the rest, but for something a little different, why not try some Samoan vaisu (grilled fish topped with coconut sauce) or how about sampling a little of that oh-so-tasty Papaya Chicken from Tahiti?
