After the procession, the imu, or underground oven, is uncovered, revealing the roasted Kalua Pig inside! Tasty!

The All-You-Can-Eat Buffet features traditional Hawaiian dishes – the aforementioned Kalua Pig, Lomi Lomi Salmon, and Poi, just to name a few – along with island favorites like Chicken Long Rice, teriyaki beef, and fresh island fish. Guests 21 and over receive 3 beverage coupons (Germaine’s has it all – beer, wine, spirits, Mai Tais and Lava Flows), and soft drinks are complimentary.
