Feast on a delicious prime rib dinner on Maui’s favorite boat the Calypso, a spacious catamaran. Enjoy the large lounging areas equipped with a slide, a relaxing lounge, and glass bottom windows to view the ocean marine life. Maui Dinner Cruise with Calypso is one of the most popular Maui activities. You will enjoy dining as popular island music sets the mood for a romantic night on the waters of the Pacific. This Maui Dinner Cruise with Calypso also provides a delicious menu. Also during this Maui Sunset Dinner Cruise visit the bar and ask for our refreshing fruit beverages. Once the Calypso is out of the harbor the bar will serve beer, wine, and Mai Tais. Two alcoholic drinks are included with this Maui tour and after the first two the cost is $3.00 per drink.

- Baby Back Ribs dry rubbed and slow smoked over kiawe and guava wood then basted with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.
- Drunken Chicken seasoned with homemade dry rub and slow smoked.
- Fresh Island Fish (Mahi or Ono) with lemon caper butter sauce served on a bed of spinach with tomatoes and onions
- 8 oz Lobster Tail with drawn butter cooked right on the boat - ADULT ONLY, not available for child rate

- The Calypso is a spacious, 149 passenger power catamaran designed by Incat Crowther in Australia and built by Navatek on the Island of Oahu. Some of the Calypso's most exciting features include 4,000 square feet of comfortable and covered passenger seating spread throughout three separate decks. The catamaran is equipped with three restrooms, including an ADA accessible restroom.
