1)  How does your reservation system work?  How do I get my tickets?

When you submit a reservation, your credit card will not be charged until a customer service specialist reviews your order and availability is confirmed.  Please allow us up to 24 hours to review every reservation.  Once everything is confirmed, you will receive your voucher(s) via e-mail.  

EXAMPLE:  You submit your reservation for three different tours (Tour A, Tour B, & Tour C).  We check for the availability of all three tours, but only Tour A and Tour B are available.  We will send you an email with the vouchers for Tour A and Tour B and will notify you that Tour C is unavailable.  Your credit card will only be charged for Tour A and Tour B.

2)  What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 10% service charge on all cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. There are no refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity.  There are no refunds for customers who fail to redeem vouchers or do not show up to the scheduled activity.A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by the vendor. The customer must claim their refund within 30 days.

3)  Why should I book activity reservations online?

According to the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, nearly 7.5 million visitors came to Hawaii in 2005.  Popular hotels, activities, and attractions were booked months in advance!  Reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure availability.

4)  What if I'm buying tickets for someone else?

On the final checkout page, there is a optional box called "Name on Ticket Voucher" that allows you to enter in the name of the person participating in the activity.

5)  What is your hours of operation?

Everyday from 8 am - 5 pm Hawaii Standard Time

6)  How do I change my reservations to a different date or time?

Please call us at 1-866-418-BUZZ(2899) and we'll be happy to assist you.  Once the changes are confirmed, an email will be sent out with your new activity voucher(s).

7)  What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

8)  I made a purchase, but I never received a reservation receipt?

Please check your anti-spam filters because it might have been filtered out.  You can also view and print your order receipt(s) and activity voucher(s) at anytime by simply logging in and clicking on "personal orders."  If you are still experiencing problems, please call us at 1-866-418-BUZZ(2899).
