CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 10% service charge on all cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. There are no refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity.  

There are no refunds for customers who fail to redeem vouchers or do not show up to the scheduled activity.

A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by the vendor. The customer must claim their refund within 30 days.
